Job titles – Staging Post Manager and Procurement Manager
Brief description of roles
The North London Staging Post is a new joint venture between HOPE worldwide, the North London Housing Partnership and Family Mosaic. As a result, HOPE worldwide, is seeking to recruit two new employees:
1. Staging Post Manager
2. Procurement Manager.
As both roles will work closely together, it is anticipated that there will be overlap between these roles and that they will be able to provide cover for each other.
The Staging Post Manager will work with clients referred to the Staging Post to help them prepare for the private rented housing market. The Procurement Manager will help with securing accommodation and placing people into housing.
The post holders will be involved with managing external relationships with key stakeholders so that HOPE worldwide maximizes its ability to meet all stakeholder needs.
Hours to be worked
The core hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with an expectation that the post-holders will work additional hours when necessary. This could include being available in evenings and at weekends to respond to issues if they develop, and the occasional weekend work.
Location of work
The Staging Post Manager will be based at the Staging Post in Islington, but will also attend meetings at the Two Step Centre in the Angel. The Procurement Manager will be based at the Two Step office, but will be expected to visit the Staging Post.
Starting salary of £31,000.
